Если время отклика превышает 1 значит не все гуд.

Или страницы засраны - но на фо по идее обычно мало всего, страница легкая. Если флешей не понавешал.
Или толпа ломиться - но для нового фо такого пока не должно наблюдаться.
Или сервера слабые.

Время отклика должно быть около 0.20 или менее.
